Interactive Services
We may from time to time provide interactive services on our Site, including (without limitation):
- participation in competitions or games;
- commenting on content;
- posting to or interacting with our social media platforms;
- submitting content or feedback.
Where we provide interactive services, we will provide clear information about the type of service offered, whether it is moderated and what form of moderation is used.
We will use reasonable efforts to assess any potential risks for users, particularly minors, arising from the use of interactive services. However, we are under no obligation to monitor, supervise or moderate any interactive service, whether moderated or not, and we expressly exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of interactive services in breach of this policy.
The use of interactive services by a minor is subject to the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We advise parents to discuss online safety with minors, as moderation is not foolproof and risks may remain.
Where moderation is provided, we will normally provide a method for users to contact the moderator if concerns arise.
