11) Prize Draw Name Display (Live Draws)

To evidence that competitions are properly administered, we may display or announce a winner’s name and general location (e.g., town/city) during live draws and/or on the Site.

If you object to your name/location being displayed, you must notify us at hello@skillbasedcompetition.co.uk before the competition Closing Date.
If you object, we may still be required to provide winner information to regulators on request.

12) Verification & Responsible Participation

We may request identity and address documents before releasing a prize to:

  • prevent fraud
  • confirm eligibility
  • protect customers and the integrity of competitions

Where documents incidentally show affordability/income indicators, we may use this strictly for integrity and safety checks (not marketing).
